Secondary Swimming Carnival

The Secondary Swimming Carnival was held on Tuesday, 12th February 2008. Students demonstrated great sportsmanship and team spirit and should be congratulated on their efforts. Some great swimming was on display for the large crowd of parents who came along to support their children.

Nathan Heinrich broke three records: Senior Boys 100 Freestyle, Senior Boys 50m Backstroke and Open Boys Individual Medley.

Stirling were the overall winners on the day. Stirling House Captains, Harrison Berry and
Cherie Johnson accepted the Shield for

Nathan Heinrich, winner of the Senior Boys Division, receiving his Certificate from Keith Area School Principal, Mrs Richardson. Nathan also won the Open Boys Individual Medley and broke three records.

JP Splash Day

On 22nd February 2008 the JP Splash Day was held in rather cool and windy conditions. However, it is pleasing to see the skills that the children have been developing through their swimming lessons.
